What we carry, in detail

Four services under one community licence, with the cover position stated every time.

Program 01 · Planned to the rules

Full loads

A full load is straightforward until someone asks for a delivery slot the legal driving time cannot reach. We work the schedule backwards from the rest-time rules and tell you the earliest honest slot, because the alternative is a driver running over hours — which is the operator's offence, your delay, and in the worst case a vehicle immobilised at a roadside check.

Program 02 · Shared space, stated risk

Part loads and groupage

Groupage is cheaper because the vehicle is shared, and the trade-off is handling: a consignment that is loaded and unloaded more often is handled more often. We say which flows involve a transfer and we are candid that fragile or poorly packed goods belong in a full load rather than in groupage, whatever the rate difference suggests.

Program 03 · Stock recorded both ways

Warehousing and storage

Storage disputes almost always come down to two things nobody wrote down: how much the goods were worth and what condition they arrived in. So we agree an insured value in writing and record stock in and out, including damage noted on arrival. We do not store temperature-controlled food, holding no food-safety authorisation for it.

Program 04 · Before, not after

Cover and documents

The CMR limit of 8.33 SDR per kilogram is the single most expensive thing shippers do not know. We put it in writing with every quote and we say when a consignment plainly needs ad valorem cover. We also check the consignment note and the data accompanying a cross-border load, because a document error stops a vehicle just as effectively as a breakdown.
